Lance Steffek is an associate broker for RE/MAX Paradise, which has served South Baldwin County Alabama since 2004. The main market area for RE/MAX Paradise includes Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, two seaside resorts along the Gulf of Mexico only 40 miles from Mobile, as well as Ft. Morgan and Perdido Key, near the Florida state line. The beautiful beaches, known for their bright, "sugar white" quartz sand and emerald green waters, attract large number of tourists, so most of the area is dominated by hotels, condominiums, and vacation houses and a tourism/real estate based economy.
Lance Steffek joined RE/MAX Paradise in 2010 because "No One in the World Sells More Real Estate than RE/MAX". Lance, his wife Courtney, and their two children have deep roots in our community and have chosen to raise their family here. He holds the SFR, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification, and has a degree in Genetics from Texas A & M.
